I also offer support in learning meditation or mindfulness skills as part of developing stress reduction techniques or furthering your personal and spiritual development.
If you were more mindful you may tackle a situation differently or decide to take an alternative course of action. It helps you to be more present to the moment and therefore to what's happening in your body, mind and emotions so you are not led solely by what is on your mind, which may be confused and overwhelmed. As a consequence, it helps reduce stress and anxiety and gives you greater clarity.
Mindfulness is a useful life skill that can be readily introduced into all aspects of your life. It is learnt through a series of exercises and is offered either on its own or can be integrated into your talking therapy or life coaching.

I offer mindfulness sessions in an 8 session block. The timing of this block can have some flexibility. It doesn't need to be strictly weekly. These are of 40 minutes duration and I charge £240 for the 8 week block.
