ACCESS TO THE SERVICEThe counselling and psychotherapy service is open to all, regardless of race, religious affiliation, mental or physical disability.
I work with both individuals, couples and groups.
Although there is no upper age limit, I do not see people under the age of 14.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE FIRST APPOINTMENT
The first session is a chance to discuss the issues you want to talk about, and to ask any questions you might have about counselling and psychotherapy.
It is not always a long-term commitment; for some people a course of brief therapy is equally valuable.
Sessions are usually weekly, for 50 minutes and strict confidentiality is observed.
